Work Responsibilities

Design,build, test, and deploy production-ready AI applications, integrating foundation models (LLMs) and custom machine learning algorithms into existing enterprise systems.

Develop backend APIs, retrieval systems (RAG - Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector database integrations, and intelligent workflow automations.

Architect robust AI pipelines ensuring latency optimization, caching, error-handling, model evaluation, and monitoring in production.

Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and domain experts to translate business use cases into scalable, technical AI architecture.

Deliver technical documentation, API specifications, and handover material/knowledge transfer sessions to internal engineering teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical industry experience).

Experience

Experience: 5+ years of software engineering and development experience.

Specialized Experience:

At least 2–3 years focused on building and deploying AI/ML applications, Generative AI solutions, or conversational systems into production.

Proven track record working in a client-facing or advisory consulting capacity, successfully taking AI projects from scoping/PoC to full deployment.

Experience with API design (RESTful, GraphQL, gRPC) and microservices architecture.

Technical Certification / Courses Required

Cloud & AI Certifications (One or more preferred):

AWS Certified AI Practitioner or AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty

Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate

Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer

Relevant Courses/Accreditations: DeepLearning.AI GenAI/LLM specializations, LangChain or enterprise AI framework course completions.

Other Requirements

Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical business partners.

Work Ethic & Delivery: Self-driven, outcome-oriented consulting mindset with strong problem-solving and rapid prototyping abilities.

Languages: Professional working proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

Ethical AI & Compliance: Solid understanding of data privacy, prompt security/injection prevention, AI governance, and compliance considerations.

Additional Comments

This is a fixed-term consulting engagement focused on accelerating the delivery of core AI initiatives and upskilling internal team members.
