Responsibilities:

- Assist in processing and managing online orders

- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and social media

- Support sales team in achieving targets

- Update product listings, pricing, and stock information

- Coordinate with logistics for order fulfillment

- Maintain customer and sales records

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Fresh graduates or candidates with limited relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interest in building a career in e-commerce field.

Location: Tipu Sultan, Karachi.
