Work Responsibilities

•Manage the complete employee lifecycle of the field sales force within the assigned territory, from Medical Representatives to National Sales Managers (NSMs).
•Maintain and monitor the approved headcount, manpower status, and vacancy records across the assigned territory.
•Facilitate Regional Managers (RMs) and Sales Managers (SMs) to execute timely sourcing, recruitment, and selection of field sales employees, where required.
•Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding and induction of newly hired Medical Representatives and Regional Managers through periodic onboarding sessions.
•Manage the performance management process for both Decibel and non-Decibel field sales employees, including mid-year and year-end performance reviews.
•Conduct on-the-job coaching sessions with Regional Managers and Medical Representatives to enhance field effectiveness and people development.
•Design, coordinate, and deliver classroom training programs on selling & business skills for Medical Representatives, Regional Managers, and Sales Managers to achieve the annual training hour targets.
•Conduct and analyze exit interviews to identify employee concerns, retention opportunities, and organizational improvement areas.
•Drive the Employee Referral Program through continuous communication, follow-ups, and stakeholder engagement.
•Support and coordinate the Talent Hunt Program for the identification and development of high-potential Regional Managers and Sales Managers.
•Facilitate assessment centers for Regional Managers, Sales Managers, and Heads of Sales (HOS) to support talent identification, succession planning, and leadership development.

Qualifications

Science Graduate preferably MBA

Experience

•5-6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing with 1-2 years managerial experience.
•Strong understanding of People Development, Capability Building, Recruitment, and pharma sales practices, systems & procedures.
