Senior Executive Technical Consultant - Odoo
Work Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements. Develop custom modules, reports, workflows, APIs, and integrations with third-party systems. Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, perform version upgrades/migrations, and provide technical support during implementation and post-go-live phases.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on Odoo development experience, preferably across multiple Odoo versions. Experience in end-to-end ERP implementations, custom module development, integrations, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.
Technical Certification / Courses Required
Odoo certification is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant certifications or courses in Python, PostgreSQL, Linux, Cloud Infrastructure, APIs, or ERP development will be an added advantage.
Other Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
Additional Comments
Candidate should be capable of independently handling technical requirements from development through deployment. Experience with performance optimization, code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, and following Odoo development best practices will be preferred.
