Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled System & Network Support Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of systems, networks, and end-user environments while providing timely technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and enterprise applications
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Active Directory, email systems, etc.)
  • Provide technical support to end-users (onsite and remote)
  • Perform system backups and ensure data security and recovery procedures
  • Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures
  • Ensure systems are updated with latest patches and security standards
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support and procurement
  • Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and deployments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.

Experience

  • 1-2 years' experience in IT support or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco switches and Fortinet firewalls.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Office 365/Google Workspace
  • SD-WAN knowledge.
  • VLAN management, routing and switching expertise.
  • Experience managing multiple ISP links and access points.
  • IT Service Desk operations, helpdesk providing user support. 
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues. 
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Technical Certification / Courses Required

ITIL knowledge would be a plus.
