Job Summary

Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s information security program to protect information assets, manage cybersecurity risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Work Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Information Security policies, standards, procedures, and strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage security risk assessments, risk registers, mitigation, and remediation tracking.
  • Coordinate Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing (VAPT), and security assessments.
  • Monitor and manage security solutions including SIEM, EDR/XDR, Email Security, and vulnerability management platforms.
  • Manage security incidents including investigation, containment, recovery, root-cause analysis, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct third-party/vendor security assessments and support internal/external audits.

  • Coordinate with IT, Infrastructure, Network, and Application teams for vulnerability remediation and security improvements.
  • Drive security awareness, management reporting, KPIs/KRIs, and continuous improvement.
  • Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide guidance and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant Information Security/Cybersecurity experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, VAPT, Risk Management, Incident Response, and Security Operations.
  • Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, Email Security, and security assessment tools is preferred.

  • Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Certification / Courses Required

Training or ISO 27001, CIS, CEH, or any relevant cybersecurity certification would be an added advantage.

Work Responsibilities

The SAP FICO Lead will support financial operations by leveraging SAP capabilities to streamline processes, improve forecasting and planning, optimize product costing, and enhance Controlling Profitability Analysis (COPA) functionalities. The role also emphasizes managing the material ledger, ensuring structured master data, and enabling decision-making through accurate financial insights aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Forecasting:
    • Design and implement SAP solutions for effective financial forecasting and planning.
    • Collaborate with finance teams to configure budgeting and forecasting modules.
  2. Product Costing:
    • Configure product costing scenarios, including cost component structure, overheads, and material costing.
    • Support variance analysis and periodic cost rollups to improve cost management.
  3. Controlling (COPA):
    • Enhance COPA functionalities for profitability analysis by defining value fields, cost elements, and characteristic derivation.
    • Generate profitability reports to support strategic decision-making.
  4. Asset Accounting:
    • Configure and manage asset accounting, including asset classes, depreciation areas, and fiscal year changes.
    • Implement practical solutions for fixed asset lifecycle management, such as acquisitions, transfers, retirements, and revaluations.
    • Ensure alignment with IFRS and local financial reporting standards for asset management.
    • Provide hands-on support in asset reporting, depreciation calculations, and integration with controlling processes.
  5. Material Ledger Management:
    • Configure and maintain the material ledger for actual costing and inventory valuation.
    • Analyze costing runs and material price variances.
  6. Master Data Governance:
    • Ensure accurate, consistent, and structured financial and controlling master data (e.g., cost centers, profit centers, GL accounts).
    • Define standards and processes for master data management.
  7. Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for automating financial processes.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline SAP FICO operations.
  8. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure alignment with local and international financial reporting standards.
    • Provide support for audit processes and statutory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or professional certifications like CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred).

Experience

  • 6+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry. 

Technical Certification / Courses Required

  • Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules, COPA, and material ledger.
  • Experience with structured master data governance.

Other Requirements

  • Should have worked extensively in FICO as a lead or a consultant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and enterprise applications
